Adaeze Okeke

Adaeze is the Chief Strategy Officer and Principal Consultant with nearly a decade of experience driving business transformation, operational excellence, and career strategy at top global companies—including Google, Meta, Deloitte, and Guidehouse. With deep expertise in tech strategy, business operations, program management, and management consulting, she specializes in helping both professionals and businesses scale, optimize, and grow.

For individuals, she leverages insider knowledge of Fortune 500 tech companies, Big 4 consulting firms, and corporate hiring strategies to equip professionals with the tools to confidently pivot into high-impact roles and land dream opportunities. Having successfully pivoted across five industries herself, Adaeze has mastered the art of strategic transitions.

For businesses, Adaeze partners with organizations to transform operations, streamline workflows, and drive sustainable growth. From optimizing business processes to executing high-stakes programs, she brings a results-driven approach to solving complex challenges.

Adaeze holds a Master’s in Global Program Design, Monitoring & Evaluation and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from The George Washington University. She is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
